Ready to take your knitting to the next level? This intermediate class is designed for knitters who are comfortable with the basic knit and purl stitch and want to learn the techniques that bring shape and texture to their projects.

During this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to work common increases and decreases, including make one left and right (M1L and M1R), knit two together (k2tog), and slip slip knit (ssk), and begin to understand how these stitches shape your fabric. We’ll also practice reading both written instructions and knitting charts, so you can follow a pattern with confidence from the first row to the last.

You’ll put it all together on a simple ripple cloth pattern, watching your increases and decreases form soft chevron waves as you go. You’ll leave with a solid start on your project and a printed pattern to finish at home.
